Darcy landed back on earth, smiling at Heimdall since she pulled him with her. "That way you're not harmed, Guardian of the Bridge." She patted him on the arm with a grin. "Do be kinder to them than they have been to you, dear."

He stared at her. "You are not normal, Darcy Lewis."

She giggled. "Am I? Is that really my true name?"

"Darcelina," he said. Then he sighed. "Oh, you're her."

"Her?" she quipped with a smirk.

"Loki's true daughter."

"Yeah. Which somehow got me mixed up with Hela. Mom was so amused. Especially when I named my guinea pig Fenrir." She smiled and winked. "And Jane does not know. Don't tell her?"

"Nay, it is not my place. Though Thor will be mad."

"Thor will be more peeved at the convergence. My mother told me of it." Heimdall looked then groaned and went back up to guard the bridge and make sure they were not invaded. Jane was still awake. Thor was barely awake and could be woken. Loki was barely awake. Sif as well. He woke her and stared at her. "There is a convergence coming," he announced, showing her that book he had seen. She groaned. "It comes within weeks. The Aether has come free but no longer taints Jane Foster. We have also peeved off some elements that are amused."

"That Fey," she said.

"She is not that sort of Fey, Sif," he complained. "She is Loki's daughter with the Princess of De'denaan."

She squeaked then sighed. "Oh, no. We insulted the Fae."

"Thrice last night. Frigga sent her a dress that was rags. Shoes that were not able to fit and poisoned. And insulted her at dinner. Did you not see her headpiece?"

"She named him Horace. It looked like a very realistic tiara."

"That's because it was a real dragonette."

She winced. "SHIT!" That outburst brought Jane running. "The court is under a geas?" she asked Heimdall.

"Yes. Quite. But it will not stop the convergence. We must fight that."

"That could actually save people," Jane said. "We can put them safely into a vault to protect them. Though I'd leave Odin on his throne, where he's presently asleep." Sif stared at her. "A captain goes down with his ship and a king sacrifices for his kingdom," she said dryly.

"And I doubt it was Darcy. I know she's a bit weird but that's beyond her skill level. She can hum and grow things. She can knit things that calm you down and comfort you. She can make you tired by staring at you too hard. She can't knock out a whole castle."

"She woke up the ones who watched us after an ancient war," Sif said. "Loki started a war with the true Fae, Jane."

"Yes, by marrying one," Heimdall said. "They married and Odin denied it and tried to have her killed. He had a daughter with her and Odin sent warriors to kill them in Loki's name. But I believe now that his wife knew it was not his doing. If not, her daughter should tell her thus today probably."

"She's always been sad about her former husband but made it like he died." Jane looked at Sif. "Who's in charge with everyone but you two down? And where do we store people so they live?"

Heimdall swallowed. "The princes can be awoken."

Sif nodded. "I'll wake Thor, you wake Loki. We'll move people to a safe location for this event."

Jane looked behind her at the sound of footsteps. "Warrior Skurge." He grinned. "You remind me of Darcy somehow."

"Aye, Princess Darcelina of two kingdoms should remind you of me, Doctor Foster." He smiled. "The convergence comes?" Heimdall nodded. "We can put people into safe areas so they're not attacked. Which would negate my birth mother's vision of Frigga dying of this and perhaps of Hela coming to Asgard when Odin dies."

Jane looked at his head. "Are those tattoos or are those like that Avatar kid's marking?"

He burst out laughing. "They're marks, Doctor Foster, but not that sort. You are quite amusing."

"I try, mostly thanks to Darcy."

He nodded. "She does you well. Go solve it down there with your handmaiden." Heimdall sent her back down there with her bag. Skurge and Sif went to wake Loki first. Thor could handle many things but sneaky plans required the other prince. Loki moaned, waking up holding his head. "Your in-laws will be pleased you survived."

"Not likely." He sat up with a sigh and then groaned, holding his neck. "What happened?"

"The watching ones," Skurge said. Loki stared at him. He smiled. "Princess Darcelina is adorable, Prince Loki. Some of us realized where she came from."

"Well, you are her cousin, Skurge." He sat up. "What's going on?"

"We're awake," Sif said. "The convergence still comes. We can wake Thor in a bit. We must protect the people."

He blinked at her. "Why would I?"

"Your mother will die," Skurge said.

"Then she can go sit in the artifact vault. That would be safest."

Sif smiled. "That's not a bad idea. We can move many in there and the two weapons vaults. We'll be emptying it when they invade anyway." She walked off to do that with Skurge following to help her lift people. Loki went to move a few things into a better position for use then moved a few of the bodies himself. He would be bored if they died and if anyone found out it'd look great on him. He finally found Thor in the garden, half undressed, and sighed, kicking him until he woke up with a grunt. "We were sleep spelled. There's a battle soon. We're moving the vulnerable to safe locations. Do you wish to help?" He walked off.

"Where's Jane?" he demanded.

"Heimdall evacuated her," Loki said. "I think."

Thor got up, righting his clothes, and went to help the others. Heimdall got visited first and he showed him Jane and Darcy being easy enough but setting up to measure the energy that was coming. Well, Darcy was helping with Ian while she chatted on her phone's headpiece but Jane was taking other measures. Thor went back to moving people. Perhaps this was a bad idea.

The attack happened and they were not impressed that almost no one was there and only Odin was found asleep but in the palace. Thor knocked out most of them with Loki and Sif's help. Then he went down to fight them on Earth. He stared at Jane, who shrugged. "Heimdall sent you home?"

"Yes. I did not ask, Thor."

He looked at Darcy, the only other one who could have caused that problem, who smiled and wiggled her fingers. "Did you have to do that, Lady Darcy?"

"Technically, I didn't do a single thing, Thor. Me being pulled up there woke up an ancient war. That Odin started and couldn't finish." She shrugged but grinned. "Not my doing. He had Heimdall summon me. I just proved who I was to the watching ones. Though, can you introduce me to Skurge? He's cute and manly and competent."

"And related," Jane quipped. "Sif said cousins."

"I'll ask Dad about when I see him," she decided. "Look, portals," she said with a point. Jane went to investigate. Thor followed to fight the elves. Darcy got saved by Ian for a moment. Which meant when Loki appeared subtly he saw them in a kiss but she dropped him at the cleared throat and then helped Ian up and went back to helping things.

"Where is your mother?" Loki demanded at the end of the battle. She pulled out a pen and wrote an address on his hand, then smiled and put the pen up and walked off. "We will be talking."

"Go make up with her first."

"I shall." He sent himself to that address, which was a magical map to his former wife's location. He found her plaiting threads. He sat down beside her. "At least the reeds won't cut your hands this time."

"It's for my daughter's body so I can tie her up."

"Odin had her summoned."

She looked at him. "Why?"

"Jane's dating Thor. Odin hates that. He was going to embarrass Jane by having Darcy pulled up and look unflattering on her." His former wife went off on a swearing fit. "Though she does live after the battle earlier."

She stared at him then nodded. "She called but that's good. I'm still going to find a mythical tower to lock her in."

"She found a cousin."

"Interesting."

He touched her hand, making her smile. "I have chains if you want to borrow them, wife."

She leaned over to kiss him. "For personal use or for our daughter?"

"Whichever you prefer. Is this glade hidden?"

"Of course. I'm taking nymph's vows."

He sighed. "I wish you would not," he said quietly.

"I've been alone a long time, Loki."

"I know. Well, now I know. There was a memory spell."

"Your mother hated me just as much as your father did."

"Well, they really have no say as they're my adoptive parents." She pulled back to look at him so he let a hand change then go back to Asgardian looking. She cuddled him, letting him relax, grieve, and think. They were much the same, the hated second child of rulers who were capricious and annoying with their plots. It's what had drawn them together when he found her binding a rope that would kill herself or her family, but there would be some sort of death that night if he had not stopped her.

Darcy looked over as someone appeared. "Grandmother."

"Darcelina," she said, staring at her. "You do us proud, Granddaughter."

"Thank you. I've always tried to live up to my mother's expectations."

The current Queen of the Fae court sighed. "Your mother's and my fights are not to include you."

"And yet, here I am because of them." She shrugged but smiled. "And if you think I'll be any nicer to you than I was to Frigga, you're wrong. Mom told me everything, Grandmother."

She winced. "I understand. Do you wish to join us?"

"No. I'm helping Jane and I enjoy that."

"We really must stop her investigations before she uncovers things."

"No we should not," Darcy countered. "People can learn and be respectful again. Not scared but if they know about Asgardians due to Thor then they can learn about others out there as well." She waved a hand in the air. "It'll mean the cousins stuck out here can meet their families too."

"We have no others."

"I have like nineteen cousins I know of, Grandmother. The whole Heldaran line refused to go into seclusion with you. Not to mention other daughters of the line that were trapped with husbands because you gave them no warning. Ones like Wallance." Skurge appeared, scowling at her. She waved a hand. "Grandmother appeared, Wallance."

"You know which one I am?"

"Yeah. Mom was doing genealogy stuff for like years, dear." She smiled. "I've met most of the ones trapped on this side. Including Wong, who's sweet but a sorcerer."

Skurge shook his head quickly. "Very weird." He stared then bowed. "Queen Isabella."

She frowned, staring at him. "You are Wallflower's son."

"I am her nephew," he corrected. "She had a little sister that was very young and taken in as an orphan when she got trapped."

The queen blinked a few times. "I was not aware of that. We just wanted to stop that war."

"Which is reasonable but stomping Odin seems fun," Darcy said. She smiled. "Did he wake up?"

"No. He was stabbed but lived barely. He's been put back into Odin Sleep for good we think. Which does leave the problem that my mother foresaw of Hela."

"Mom was *so* amused that they mixed up her myths with me," Darcy said with a grin. "And she's not trapped, hasn't really been. She just couldn't go to Asgard and considered the other ones weak. Like many on Asgard."

He sighed, sitting next to her. "It will be a mess. We'll have to end Asgard to stop her."

She patted him on the hand. "I get to claim Fenrir. I always wanted a dog."

He sighed. "I would rather you not."

She grinned. "I can do naughty. It'll make my mother come out of her contemplating being a nymph times and maybe find some life and happiness. She hasn't had any since I went to college." She looked at her grandmother, who was huffing. "We could talk to Hela."

Skurge looked at her. "If it goes by the way the visions go, I'll be serving her."

"Then one should find another mistress to serve first with unbreakable vows," she said in their native language. Their grandmother gasped and stepped back. She smiled at that. Then at Skurge. "Find a better mistress to serve first."

"I have no desire for a wife yet."

"Eeeh. Dad met Mom when she was braiding a rope to kill her family and they talked about being the hated child. They fell in love because of that."

He looked at her. "We're fifth cousins."

"Only if Mom is actually her daughter and not adopted as well." Darcy looked at her grandmother.

"No, I gave birth to her," she complained. "She was meant to be a bright star, a shining beacon to our people. As her brother was."

"And he was a brutal jackass," Darcy said dryly. "I read up on his exploits. Is that really considered *good* to everyone?"

"No," she sighed. "Your mother...."

"Lived a just life as a teacher, raised me as an exceptional daughter and didn't let me become the princess I could have been raised, and yet made sure I knew I had responsibilities to people down here and among my own peoples. As I'm sure Wallance's mother did." He nodded at that. "We were taught to be proper guardians of our people. Teachers and guardians."

Her grandmother stared at her then nodded. "We wish no war with your kind, Darcelina."

She smiled. "I'm not the one you have to worry about. Uncle fathered three sons and they're going to attack you guys. They're really not happy and willing to avenge their mothers." She sighed but nodded. "But thanks for welcoming me to the family, Grandma." She smiled. "Any family recipes I should inherit?"

"Many, child. Can you do potions?"

"Of course. I'm an earth sort. I like to grow things." She hummed and the plants around the apartment grew. Jane grumbled at one and pushed it aside. She grinned. "I am my parent's true daughter. I am the best of them. Part frost giant, and royalty there. Adopted into Asgard's royalty via my father as well. Then yours on top of that. I am the true princess of the universe in many ways and no one's around to stop me from arranging things for the betterment of people." Skurge coughed. She smiled. "Only a husband could do that, dear."

He kissed her hard, making her moan into it. "We will help you with your plots as I have tactical training you do not." She grinned. "Does Jane still wear that choker?"

"Of course. I hitched it on her. I haven't removed it yet."

He moaned. "That could be an exciting thing."

"As he was adopted am I family enough to own a family heirloom?"

He shrugged. "Odin won't care."

"Point." She went to take it off Jane, making her blink at her. "This is Grandma. She's worried you'll destroy the universe."

Jane looked over. "Not my intention. I'd rather find the universal linking theory of sciences. But pleasure to meet you, ma'am." She smiled and nodded. "Darcy's an excellent helper to me. Skurge?"

He smiled. "I think I'll stop the plotting, Doctor Foster."

She moaned. "Well, Darcy could use the plowing I get now and then from Thor."

"Please! That man only likes missionary," Darcy complained quietly. "He doesn't even like oral sex, even when it's given, Jane." Jane was blushing so she walked back to the table she was working at. She put the choker down. Her grandmother moaned and nearly cried. "Dad doesn't need something like this. He can shape shift. It's very kinky." Her grandmother waved a hand and a book appeared that she put in front of Darcy, making her grin. "I'll tell Mom you said hi?"

"I can do that myself." Darcy did the same writing for her but on paper this time. She nodded. "I thank you, Granddaughter." She looked at the other one then nodded. "He'll do well." She disappeared.

She grinned at Skurge, who smirked back.

"If you two start to plot, make the world a better place," Jane ordered, going back to work. "And make more noise than we do. Eric's blushing about it."

"How can Thor not like oral sex when given?" Skurge asked her.

Darcy shrugged. "He doesn't. And has to be on top. He's a bit controlling."

"Well, he is his father's son." He kissed Darcy again, pulling her into his lap. "We can remake a world so it is better for everyone, Princess."

"In your mouth, that word doesn't sound evil."

He smiled. "Because it's not." He kissed her again, making her get loud enough that even Jane blushed. When Thor showed up he nearly squeaked and hid. He went to hide with Sif to talk to her about that.

Sif stared at him. "Things have went right over your hair, Thor," she said dryly. "Including that was your niece."

"What!" he demanded. "How?"

"Loki's daughter, Darcelina. With his wife, Princess Gabrianna De'Danaan." Thor whined. "Yes. And Odin restarted that curse on us all by summoning her and admitting her to Asgard's halls." She hit him on the arm. "Who was she making noise with?"

"Skurge!"

"Well, he is not the usual warrior and will keep her from plotting like her father I suppose." She considered it then shrugged. "As long as she is happy she will not act against those who did not do her wrong. I did not. Did you do her wrong?"

"She threatened me if I harmed Jane."

"And you treat her like a lesser mistress." She patted him on the hand. "We find it amusing that the myths of Hela got confused with the myths of Darcelina." She walked off to talk to Heimdall. No one else was still awake. Thor would figure it out and probably end up dumping Jane to protect himself from Darcy's wrath.

One Year Later

***

Darcy walked up to where her man was being held by Hela's hand, pulling him away from her. "Get off my man, Hela."

"Who be you?" she sneered.

"The one they kept getting confused with you." She smiled. "I'm Darcelina. Daughter of Loki Laufreyson." She smiled. "And that's mine too," she said with a point at Skurge.

"You are no match for me."

She smiled. "Are you so sure? Though I don't need to be. The ones I wanted saved are already saved. Jane and I did that last month." She grinned and clapped her hands. "Oooh, puppy!" she cooed. "Such a cute puppy! I named my guinea pig after you, Fenrir. Such a good boy, even if they do think that you and your mistress are my siblings instead of Odin's get." She walked over to pet him. The fierce dog stiffened and stared at his mistress.

"Do not pet him."

"Oh, shut up," Darcy snorted. She let Fenrir sniff her. "Would you like an ear pet, baby?" He looked so confused and growled a bit. She petted him, getting him calmed down and laying down to cuddle with her.

Skurge looked then sighed. "The apartment is not big enough for him but I will find you a nice hound, Darcy. I promise I will if you do not make her pet love you more."

She smiled at him then at Fenrir. "It's the Fae in me," she said quietly. The dog moaned and lapped her. "Such a good boy." She enacted the magic in her to heal him and free him. He howled and disappeared to roam free for the first time. She smiled at Hela, who was trying to summon him back. "He's free, Hela. I would see no being enslaved," she said in her native language. Hela's eyes went wide and she stepped back. "Yes, I am my mother's daughter as well. Now, you're trying to take my birthright. Do you mind not doing that?"

"I am Odin's first warlord."

Darcy grinned. "I'm his first granddaughter and I carry his first great-grandson. Yours would be a stronger claim if the throne allowed women to inherit it. Though, I don't want Asgard. I don't want to destroy it. There's too much that still has to be saved. The knowledge, the history, the science all needs to be protected." She walked back over, staring at her. "Warriors are not queens. Because war is not good for a people as a whole. Very few benefit and the suffering is poor for the people you rule. Is that what you want to do to your people? What you want them to live with?"

"I can kill them all and not care. They turned on me."

"Way to blame people for one man's actions. Blame the cause, not the people." Hela sneered. Darcy stared back. "Beyond that, even if you tried to take over, I'd just have the bridge eat you, dear." She clicked the remote and the bridge disappeared underneath them but vines were holding her and Skurge up. Hela fell and kept falling into the void. "Bye now! Send letters!" She waved. She clicked the remote again and the bridge came back. She grinned at Skurge. "Need medical, dear?"

"I need temper control," he admitted. He sucked in a breath then growled. "You're pregnant!"

"We've had sex most every day for the last year," she said dryly. "It happens sometimes. Did you not expect that?"

"You risked yourself and our son!" She sighed, kissing him until he growled and grabbed her to put over his shoulder to stomp off and enjoy her. He ran into Sif. "She's pregnant."

"Are you mad of that fact?" she asked, looking confused.

"She faced down Hela while pregnant with our son! I'm very mad at that and I will be inserting sense into my wife!" He stomped off again since she was blushing hard. "She fell off the bridge. Jane's remote worked well."

"All right then," Sif said, going to ask Heimdall, who looked sick. "What happened?" He told her. She licked her lips. "Well." She nodded as she walked off, making Heimdall laugh. "When will they wake up?"

"When a new king takes the throne. Which I believe she carries. Though her future brother may take precedence."

Sif stared at him oddly. "Loki is pregnant?"

"His wife is. I have not seen Loki using that choker to change himself so he could carry one. Darcy still has it in her possession."

Sif just nodded. "I do not want to know how they use such, Heimdall. I need not the mental images! I already know too much of their private lives."

He smiled to himself. It was fun being the bridge's watcher. He had met many interesting beings that way. Including his new girlfriend, who was like Darcy but more gentle and kind to him. She showed up and kissed him gently, making him smile. "Hela has fallen to her niece."

"Her grandmother will praise her for that deed. Is she available to announce such?"

"No. Her spouse is growling because she carries an heir."

She smiled at that. "Her grandmother will have a fit. She did when Darcelina was being carried."

"Pity." He kissed her. "Both groups will fall to one tiny, angry woman with dark hair. As the prophecies spoke of but they got Hela and Darcy mixed up again apparently." She giggled and nodded, kissing him to take his mind off things.

***

Heimdall looked up as bells and chimes started to ring. He noticed people waking up and smiled. "So a son was born." He went to check on the parents and babe, finding them all in the throne room. Loki and her mother showed up. Loki looking expectant.

Darcy looked up. "We get it, he's a boy," she called. "Stop the noise, damn it!" It ended. She smiled. "Hey, Mom, Dad." She kissed Skurge and let him take the baby to show them while she rested. "Behold, a grandson."

"My mother is going to shit elephants, Darcy dear," her mother said.

She grinned. "Yup, maybe." She looked at the lights that flew in and gathered around the baby. "You guys hurt my son and I'm going to take over somewhere." They kissed the baby and gave blessings before flying off again to report to their queen.

Darcy looked over as a vault opened, nodding at the people coming out. "Hey, Fandral, Volstagg, Hogun, come see the son." They came over looking very confused. "You slept two years, guys. Yeah, the kid's sweet." She took him back to cuddle. The baby fussed but she stared until he stopped. "You can cuddle an uncle later and Auntie Jane."

Sif stomped in. "What was that noise?" she demanded.

"A proper heir!" Darcy grinned and held up the kid so she could see him. "See, he's pretty!"

"He's very cute," she said, looking at Skurge. Who shrugged but nodded. "Is that what you look like with hair?"

"Probably if I ever let it come back."

Darcy pulled him down to kiss him. "If you want, I can have a nice handhold to grab onto, dear."

He smirked. "That may make me regrow hair." He settled beside her on the throne, letting them see the baby. Frigga stomped in. "The former queen."

Loki looked back then at his wife, who smiled and ended the memory spell on the kingdom. He kissed her. "Our daughter will be next in line."

"What is that?" his mother demanded.

Loki looked at her. "I have reclaimed the wife that Odin drove off from my side, Mother. And my daughter." He pointed at Darcy, making Frigga gasp and step back. He smiled. "If he had not had my family attacked, I would probably feel more pity for his death last year."

"Then Hela will come."

"She fell off the bridge thanks to Jane turning it off for a second," Darcy said.

Skurge nodded. "Heimdall saved down the cameras for later viewing, Dowager Queen Frigga." He bowed. Then looked at the fussing kid. "Why are you whining?" he demanded.

"He's hungry," Darcy said. "I'm breastfeeding," she announced then bared a tit for him to eat from. The baby slurped happily and wiggled in her arms. She looked at Frigga. "Thor's on Midgard. Not with Jane, but he's on Midgard. He refused to come back up after the Dark elves were defeated. And we bypassed multiple bad visions and prophecies by you guys going to sleep. So it was handy that Odin had me pulled up here and activated that curse again." Frigga moaned, shaking her head. "But you survived. We defeated Hela unless she can come back from the void." She looked at Loki, who had managed that.

"Thanos will like her as more than a minion as he admires her," he said with a nod.

She smiled and nodded. "So, years?"

"Perhaps." He sighed. "I've sent word to Thor so he's on the lookout for Thanos to show up. We can probably defeat that." He looked at his wife since she moaned. "Is that a contraction? You're weeks early!" He walked her off. "The healers?"

"Same place as usual," Skurge said with a point. "Lady Eir is still awake. Like Doctor Foster, she was at work and ignored being sleepy." He looked at Darcy. "We have to show him off to his aunt."

"We do. I need to see what Mom has. If she has a boy he'll take precedence."

"Good point." He settled on the throne with her on his lap. He helped hold up the baby while he ate and then napped on Mom and Dad.

Frigga stomped off to see what she could do about this. The answer was nothing. She had married in and was not in line for the throne. Her sons...they denied it.

Her hatred of her son's women had come home to roost and now she was a simple grandmother.

***

Darcy and Skurge showed up at the Avengers tower, nodding at others staring at her. "Hey, Janey."

"Darcy!" She got up to come hug and cooed. "Awwww! What's your name, sweetie! Did your mommy and daddy sneak in a son?"

"That is Prince Bartemy," Skurge announced. "Current King of Asgard unless either prince produces a son."

"I have no intention of children yet," Thor admitted, getting up to come see. "You are adorable, Bartemy, but you are tiny. I will not touch you as I would probably break you." Darcy hit him on the arm. "Does your mother know?"

"Yes. She and my little sister and Dad have all met him. He met his aunt when she was born last night." She grinned.

Thor nodded. "I remember, now, of his wife. It's good he found her. Is she still trying to be a nymph?"

"He's talked her out of it for now." She walked in with them. She waved at Stark. "Hey. Just visiting the Auntie Jane."

"You're Asgardian?"

"No. I'm not. He is." She nodded at her husband, who smiled and nodded. "This is Skurge. He's a top level warrior." She looked down at the belch. "Really? That's not polite, son." She patted him to bring out more gas. "Fine." Jane took him back to cuddle.

Thor shook his head but was smiling. "I adore that he took my obligation. My mother?"

"Heaving a hissy fit about just being a grandmother," Skurge said.

"That's fine. Your other grandmother, Darcy?"

"She's not happy either. I technically had that throne but never got to claim it since they were locked away. She's met him and my little sister. She's amused but not happy. It means she's just a grandmother as well." She smiled up at him. "You sure, Big Guy?"

"I'm certain. I am many things but not a king. I will retain my princely title however."

"Fine." She smirked at him. "If you're sure." He nodded. "Then we can tell you we defeated Hela by way of Jane's bridge. She fell when it got turned off."

"How did you not fall?" he asked.

Darcy smiled. "Plants. Then my husband hated that I was there and pregnant. Especially after I petted Fenrir and healed him so he's running free now."

Thor smiled at Skurge. "It takes a strong warrior to deal with a willful wife with a bright mind. It's something I realized I was not worthy of with Jane's mind. I wish you much luck."

"I find her fun and easy to talk to my ideas," Skurge said. Darcy elbowed him but grinned and blushed a bit. He smirked at Thor. "We will make sure Asgard prospers. They are starting to wake up."

"I'll be aware of possibly being called up again. Or Mother could retire down here. It may make her happier." He walked off but looked happy.

Jane cooed then handed him back. "Poopy butt."

"We can change that," Darcy promised, looking around. "Bathroom?" Jane took her to one so she could change him. Skurge pouted at her. "What?"

"It was my turn!"

"You can have the next two if you want." She kissed him. "We should go home and pack so I can go arrange our suite again. It's a mess since we were too tired to pick up all the clothes you threw around."

"I threw around?" he asked, looking pleased.

"Well, I didn't pull my clothes off, you did that."

"True, I did." He got them back to Asgard.

Jane sat down, grinning at her new boyfriend, Bruce Banner. "It's cute that Darcy found someone who was her equal and opposite."

"It is," he agreed with a nod. "I won't mind if you babysit since I'm not comfortable with kids in our lives."

"I'd have to go to Asgard for that." She grinned. "But I'm sure things are getting back to a more normal and healthier state." She snuggled into his side.

Stark looked at her. "How did your assistant become the regent queen of Asgard?" he asked.

"Well, it started with her family. Who Odin hated. So he had her mom attacked in her dad's name. They've finally gotten back together. Then Odin decided to ignore a warning to never bring a member of a people that he was at war with to Asgard or else they would all be cursed. So when he did that to try to embarrass me, it activated it and most of Asgard went down for a long nap.

"Just about two years worth. Which meant we defeated the Dark Elves by them not having anyone to conquer and then taking them out from behind. It meant they fought off Hela by her falling off my bridge when I turned it off for a second." She grinned.

"That was Skurge's plan. It made Darcy mad that he was risking himself. He told her to find someone good enough in bed to replace him and to mourn him by naming any children after him. She pouted about that. But she defeated that and Fenrir's running around being free for once." She shifted. "They really did screw up things by mixing up Darcy and Hela in the myths."

She grinned up at Bruce. "They've christened most of the palace with squealing. He's very good to her and proved that not all Asgardians were missionary only and that's all they wanted." Thor groaned. "He's apparently really great in bed. I couldn't even science when they first got together from all the sex noises. Eric actually put on pants, packed up Ian, and went on a trip to somewhere without an observatory to get away from the sex noises."

"Eric Selvig is a strong man but that would drive me out too," Bruce assured her. "So why is the kid the prince?"

"Oh, her dad was a prince too. Thor didn't want it, her dad couldn't have it by Odin's decree, so she had a son. That one's got primogenitor or whatever it's called that mean only boys can inherit the throne. And once there was a new king it broke the curse on the palace so everyone woke up. Which means Frigga is now just a grandma and Darcy's other grandma is a great-grandma too. So the kid actually has the possibility of two thrones. Her mom's people may take the new sister I guess."

Bruce cuddled her. "Is she not human?"

"I have no idea. I know her mom's special somehow. They were at war with Asgard when her dad and mom decided to meet and fell in love over being the hated child."

"Ah. That makes sense." He cuddled her better and looked at Stark, who was shaking his head. Thor finally got hold of his boyfriend, Clint, to let him know about the visit and his great-nephew. It worked well for them all.

Loki's daughter being the future queen of the Fae worked well for him and his ambition. All his skills would be used to help her and keep her safe.

Loki's grandson being the king of Asgard meant that people would heal and be safe again. Without the warlord overtones. But his father would make sure no one tried Asgard ever again. And Grandpa could take over if he had to or wanted to.

So maybe the universe was safe for once?
