The scenes with the naked toddlers brought back fond memories. Both of my girls became escape artists about Phillips age.
We finally ended up using duct tape wrapped around the waist over the adhesive strips to keep the dippers on. They didn't have enough strength to pull the tape off.
Great story and thanks for the fond memory.
